This is your chance to share what’s working, what isn’t, and what you hope to achieve. It's best if you come prepared with this information to get the most value of this session. ✅ Needs Assessment (20–25 minutes) Together, we’ll dive into your priorities and help clarify: Where are you feeling stuck? What are the most urgent needs vs. long-term goals? Are there any blind spots or overlooked opportunities? What type of service providers do you think would make the biggest impact? ✅ Recommendations & Next Steps (15–20 minutes) Based on what we uncover, we’ll suggest service categories or specific types of providers that could best support you. We’ll share relevant members of The Collective who align with your needs—and if appropriate, suggest trusted options outside our network to ensure you find the best fit. ✅ Our Goal You leave with a clearer picture of your needs, recommended next steps, and a possible list of trusted-vetted professional service providers you can call upon to help address your business needs.
